Charis Hurley, CPA
I love working with people and building relationships. I love collaborating with clients and finding creative solutions for problems and resourceful strategies for growth.
I have many years of experience in public accounting. I earned my BS in Accountancy from Regis University in 2012. I earned my CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license in the State of Colorado, in March of 2019. I am also a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
I specialize in income tax preparation, sales tax, and payroll tax, as well as nonprofit accounting. I am passionate about nonprofits, as I have provided volunteer bookkeeping services for Northern Colorado Youth For Christ for many years and am treasurer for Joyful Journeys Community Enrichment in Broomfield, CO.
I am unapologetically a wife and mother to three children. I love spending time with them, crafting, and baking. I treasure my relationships with my family and friends, who have each supported me and my ambitious goals. I have traveled the world, but my favorite place is still Disneyland.

Karli Arisman
I have been helping businesses and individuals with Bookkeeping services for 17 years. In 2010 I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. I love helping people make their business a success. I love what I do and will work hard for you and your company. It is my pleasure to provide complete dedication, quick responses, and accurate financial reports that will help your business achieve its mission and goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time in rollerskates. I played roller derby for the Slaughterhouse Derby Girls for 10 years, but I am now retired and just enjoy skating in circles. I live with my three handsome cats, Big Pete, Little Pete, and Artie. I adore Giant Pandas a lot, as you will notice when you come see my office. I was born here in Greeley, Colorado and lived in Fort Collins for a time. I currently live in Greeley and am excited to work here at Hurley Accounting Services, we are a great team that not only provides great service, but we also have fun!
Heather Hurley
I have been working for Hurley Accounting since early 2021 as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper. I am a woman of varied talents and occupations. In addition to my bookkeeping experience, I am also a certified interior designer. I earned my BA in Interior Design from Washington State University, in 2011 and was certified in 2019.
Although I graduated high school in Colorado, I moved away for several years and spent time in Washington state and New Mexico. I have most recently been living in Colorado since 2020. I have worked in many industries, from finance and restaurants to construction and design.
I enjoy spending time with my niece and nephews (I am Charis’ sister-in-law) and working on freelance design projects, reading, and sewing.
